How do I redeem points?
Points can be redeemed [as cash rebates (100 point = RM1.00) or exchanged for vouchers]. Points cannot be transferred to another member or exchanged for cash.
When will my points expire?
Your points will expire after 6 months. Example, if you earned 100 points on 1st January 2022, those points will expire by 1st June 2022.
How do I maintain my status as a member?
To maintain your status as an I am [SO] member, there must be a transaction made on your account within 12 months.
How do I check my points balance?
To check your points balance, go to [My Account] > [I am SO].
